50% of children in poverty live without a proper education. That’s nearly 1 in 10 people worldwide. The majority of these children live in isolated areas and spend hours each day working and not receiving an education. Not only does poverty keep children out of school, but it steals the time these boys and girls could be investing in their future. And poverty creates hardships that can impact a child for a lifetime, if not dealt with.
